At VIPER SHIELD™, we process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders require 4–6 business days for processing before shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipped, and scanned by the carrier, the estimated delivery time is 6–15 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time is:

10–21 business days total
4–6 business days processing + 6–15 business days shipping

Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. International delivery times may be longer depending on the destination country, customs processing, local carriers, and public holidays.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped and been scanned by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, when available.

Please allow a few business days for tracking information to begin showing updates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by the destination country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to customs, high order volume, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier issues.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered processing.
